Hugely looking forward to this trip yesterday - but overall very disappointed. Guides were kind and helpful, but failed to point out where coral was for snorkelling leaving many guests frustrated at poor snorkelling. Food was very good at lunch time - but so overcrowded....More

Today we had a tour to the Similan Islands after being travelling for 4 months we were extremely excited to see the beauty of the Thai southern islands. This being a expensive trip for us and most! It started with a very crowded ticket office...More

This review is about the Andaman Sea Sun Travel Similan Island & Tachai Island Tour, not the islands themselves. We had an enjoyable day last week (October 2017) doing this tour - the islands themselves are just gorgeous, exactly what you imagine a tropical island...More

Andaman sea sun and travel This review is about the company and not the Similans! We found ourselves a quaint little tour agent in Khue Kak and booked an excursion to the Similans. This was supposed to be one of the highlights of our stay...More

The service is very average. The islands are very crowded and you have 45 mins at each spot, for swimming, or snorkeling, or lunch. The food is so so, actually the worst we had during our trip. It's very disappointing to see dissolvable coffee and...More

This review is about the company and not the Similian islands. Pick up from hotel as planned, checked in at pier and offered free tea, coffee and eats. Allocated to our boat that was not overcrowded nor crammed full so plenty of space. 1 hour...More

Paid about £45 each for this tour. The islands are lovely, the scenery was breathtaking. The staff were great. But - you are taken to a central departure point with what seemed to be hundreds of other travellers (99% Chinese). You then go on a...More

Staff was nice, free "breakfast"; cookies, juice, water and toast. However boats were too packed just like the beaches where we went. Full of chinese/Russian tourists acting like they own the place. Snorkling was okay, but too crowded and not anything special. I recommend you...More

It is a long drive from Patong to pier in Pang Na and then an hour and 30 minutes on a speedboat to the Islands, but it was fantastic. When arriving at the pier you get breakfast with a good choice of food and tea/coffee....More
