Not a castle at all. Just a small tower. Still worth a visit, seeing as there is nothing else to do around. If it is open you just walk 200m up the hill and then go inside and climb up thw tower. A little impossible...More

Before it was a hard task to get to the castle due to its lack of "road". Now it's a nice walk all around to the top. Nice view to Mondim and Amarante and sorrounds.
