The beach itself is nice but VERY crowded. WEWARE of scams in the parkin lot! Apparently the machine for paying the parking feed somtimes "accidentally" does not work. Then you have to pay twice. A guy who works there told us there are about twenty...More

8 euros for parking, no matter how long you stay?? Ridiculous!! Lots of people were parked along the road side to avoid this. The beach is idyllic and quite long and protected - shallow so perfect for small children. Beach itself gets 4 stars easily,...More

This is a great stop on your way to the light-house, but I didn't find it a beach that I wanted to spend too much time at. The beach itself is rather narrow, with a mix of sand and rocks. There is limited to space...More

Very nice beach. After visiting some viewpoints you can have a rest here, take a bath in a clear water and admire beautiful views :)

Jumped on the bus for a quick visit, the beach is small but the views are not, there is 1 gift shop and a bar/restaurant, had drinks in the restaurant and they were reasonably priced given that there's not much passing custom, they get vistitors...More

We went there by a ferry from Alcudia and IT was lovely, not so many people and clean beach. But the only bar we found there was quite expensive, so be prepared to bring your own food if to don't want to spend a fortune...More

As this beach is mainly accessible by car or coach, there are less fewer people than in other beaches (for end September/October). I would recommend this beach. Be aware the parking is between €12 and €15 for the day.

If you are in Alcudia region this place have to visit specially durig the sunset time. In the evening is always free place to car parking and people are not so many. The cliffs are incredible great.

The beach was beautiful but the water was very dirty! Nearly died when they asked for €9.90 for my chips and slush! The chips were cold, I just think it’s very overpriced.

We were expecting the prices before visiting so this didn’t faze us. That being said 15€ for a day of parking isn’t unreasonable and 30€ for two sun beds and a parasol might seem steep but we had a good few hours use and needed...More

We visited Formentor Playa today. There where many cyclists on the road, so the focus is more to them and less to the views.. We arrived at the beach at 13:00 hrs. It is in a beautiful setting. The beach was very full, no sunbeds...More

Lovely sandy beach, great blue sea. Watch out for your belongings though and the restaurant on the beach is very expensive so bring your own snacks.

Yes but eat in the restaurant/cafe between the two parts of the beach only if you're really really hungry. Worst lunch I've ever had, ok, so the beer was cold.

Yes there is a car park just behind the beach. About 30 yards away. Check the charges, they are per minute.
