We have been going regularly to stay overlooking playa de Migjorn for the last 12 years and as the longest stretch of beach on the island, the views are fantastic, even when the weather decides to be a bit iffy. There are plenty of sandy areas...More

When you have so many beautiful beaches on Formentera to choose from, I don't understand why people flock here! It's nice enough, and has a couple of restaurants that seem ok, but there are so many people and not much space!

Migjorn is a long stretch of beach with areas of rock and beach. During less crowded times of the year you may be able to find a private spot! Lots of great restaurants you can walk to from the beach and enjoy lunch while looking...More

This beach is also very beautiful but different as it has no rocks and it is more like open water. More quiet for sure and very nice to have a long walk on the beach.

Nice beach, come early if you want parking. 30 euros for 2 beds and a umbrella is in the «top» region of what i like to pay.

Our hotel The Gecko Beach club Hotel is situated on this beach with direct access. Can’t recommend it highly enough, both the hotel and the beach as it’s quiet in September. Unlike Illetes which is very very busy!

Beaches are truly spectacular. I would recommend renting a moped for two (120 euro/week) and travel around the island avoiding staying all the time in a swimming pool. Visit the island (Es Pujols, Ses Illetes, Cala Saona, Cap Barbaria, Pirata Bus at sunset).

Playa de Migjorn - capped our Formentera Day Beach Hopping Trip. It’s the longest at 6 km of soft sand or flat rock. What i really loved about this pretty spot? It’s very quiet and accommodating space, not overcrowded at all. And the turquoise view...More

Not many shops but take things with you. It gets busy. Loved the clothes optional bathing, first time we had done it and no one looked, it felt so free. Loved it and want to go back, but touring Europe so moving on.

This beach is best enjoyed to the west. Loads of rocky coves. Mixture of clothed and nude people whatever floats your boat.

It’s a very Long Beach, but look hard if you want to avoid crowded stretches. That means steer away from the boardwalk areas and especially areas very near the resorts. Aim for from around Vogamari to maybe 200 m east of 10.7. Far less crowded,...More
