This is the local market selling fruit and veg along with meat and other things. BE AWARE! There are a couple of stands selling dog meat here. (Very confronting for us). It is crazy busy with locals and motor cycles and dirty. The view from...More
The night markets are great so do yourself a favour and get down their for dinner. Even if you don’t eat seafood there is other dishes to try. We found the clothes and souvenirs a bit on the upper side but the atmosphere and food...More
The night market is busy and noisy, but full of stalls selling the same stuff. The food we had at a busy seafood restaurant was easily vthe worst thing we have eaten in Vietnam, plus it was really sad to see large fish and even...More
Duong Dong Night Market is an interesting experience - it's primarily stalls upon stalls of fresh, mostly live seafood waiting to be bought by both locals and tourists. Unlike a lot of markets which are pedestrianised, this market is busy with both people and mopeds...More

Hi there! I think it's a bit cheaper in Ho Chi Minh because there's more shops and customers. T-shirts are pretty cheap, about 2 USD. But the quality is equally low. I have made some reviews of sights, hotels and restaurants in both cities, and if you haven't booked a place to stay at Phu Quoc, I highly recommend Daisy Resort. If you click on my profile I think you can see my reviews. Have a great trip and safe travels :)
