Been vacationing here for over 20 years since my family is from the area. Beautiful old town with medieval castle looking overlooking the marina. Amazing vistas and beautiful beach. Everything you want from an Italian vacation away from tourist trap destinations. See for yourself

Perched on a hillside with panoramic views, Fiumefreddo is well worth a visit. The castle is now restored and open, lovely little restaurants, coffee bars and gelateria tucked away down the always clean side streets, not to mention the "Library of Beer! Don't quite undertsand...More

Beautiful place to get a sense of history and stunning views from above literally! We went there by car, very close to the big road.
