We had a lovely walk around looking at all the machines, nothing was being used whilst we were there. The shop sells an array of all things rum as well as the poncho. Tasting available at 2 Euro per glass.

The only steam driven cane crushing rum making factory on the island. Well worth a visit especially when they are crushing. Health and safety got left behind here😁

Shame that they were not operating at the time...looked very interesting in a quiet street..but the shop was open with very helpful staff the prices were very good...go in the summer months when it is operating...April till June
