At the Ionian island (Lefkada) is a very touristic village called Nydri. At the middle of this village is a road for a very beautiful canyon with a waterfall at the end of 350m walking distance from parking.Easy access with a very relaxing canteen at the beginning of the trail.

Famous waterfalls located about a 45 minute walk from Nydri (5 minute drive which a decent amount of parking). The actual falls are around 5 minutes from the car park. There are many little falls coming off the plunge pool of the main waterfall. Water...More

When I saw the pictures here it seemed like nothing special but I still decided to go. The waterfalls are not spectacular or high but the surrounding is totally amazing. You should feel the place not just see it.

A must if you go to nydri in lefkada. Is not an easy walk but when you arrive there the view and the refreshing water to go swimming is amazing.

A bit of a trek through vineyards with the distant sound of goats bells in the mountains, a sublime experience and a welcome dip into the cool pools of water splashing down the ravine makes this trip a must. Just make sure you take bottled...More

Although it is very picturesque the waterfalls or water trickle are not worth a two hour round trip walking from Nydri centre at this time of year. Probably worth it in April or May when not so hot and more rain water about.

The waterfall is nice but it's pretty crowded. The trek is nice if you prefer just doing something light in the morning. The restaurant at the base of the trek is very very nice.

We drove and parked at the bottom near the taverna and walked up to the falls. Wear sensible shoes as ground underfoot can be tricky in places. Handrails are provided which were very helpful although some of the passing places are very narrow so be...More

I'd suggest you park somewhere in Nydri and go there by foot. You'll have to take a 40 minutes walk, most of the time you will be among olive trees. I personally found the trip very relaxing. Enjoy!
