Sensational climb and the Devils Slide walk is a must if you like a challenge..total of 6.8km return. Start in clockwise direction and do Tree in Rock first. Nice to see no man-made log steps just nicely placed granite that blends with with the landscape....More

The 5.5 km treck is not so difficult if you have good shape. Better to do it clockwise. You have to take care on the summit for the slippery rocks , specially in case of wind , or rain .. You need to wear good...More

Recommend this excellent hike. The views make the climbing worth it, and must be special in wildflower season. When you climb back down to the Wansborough trail only attempt Devil's Slide if you have another 90 mins or so extra to spare, and ONLY if...More

There's several hikes in the Porongorups, and if you're looking for something that's a step up from the Castle Rock trail (Granite Sky Walk), then do either the Nancy's Peak loop, or else the Devil's Slide walk. The Nancy's Peak walk commences in the Tree-in-the-Rock...More

Short(ish) but steep, this takes you through the forest to a granite lookout. Its definitely behind the Castle Rock/Granite Skywalk in the priority list. You can continue along to range
