So nice to find the sea, nice gardens and the castle itself although a work in progress was very interesting. Would love to see it when the renovations are completed.

Came here by train. Half hour walk to the castle and a spot of lunch! Very good food. Okay prices, the area around the grounds is beautiful! A gem and I will defiantly be back to visit. A therapeutic beach down the stairs and miles...More

Didn’t bother with the castle (had dog and a ten year old) but we walked down to the beach and walked for miles. Unbeatable. Fab open beach for miles!

Loved our time here. The gardens are manicured and views beautiful,set next to the water. The history to Selfridges was tantalizing.

Grounds are free (pay & display parking) which lead to the beach. The castle has a fee - £2 for adults.
