Nice place, small fishing town, not far from Christchurch, you can buy fresh fish from stalls, but does get very crowded.

What an absolutely beautiful beach. We parked up and walked round the quay and along the beach for a few hours, and despite the November chill it was completely stunning, beautifully clean and we will most definitely return. Massive thumbs up!!!!!

Plenty of families doing walks or just chatting, or crabbing with the kids (local tackle for sale). Nice atmosphere.

I'm not sure if it was the warmth of late October, the views, the fact everyone was enjoying themselves or all three but had a wonderful couple of hours watching the world go by on the Quay... Loads of water-sports, a pub, fish and chips...More

The fish shop arranges trip's. If you want longer ones deep sea etc. or wreck they do them from Lymington daily but you will need to book.
