It had been a while since I last has a ski so booked in for a half day lesson. You are assessed on what you tell them you can do and separated into groups accordingly. That's great, everyone in the group is on the same page. If you are taken out and they don't think you should be in that... More

I had my second Lesson ever at evergreen and they were great! Reasonably priced for quite a long lesson! I never thought I would get that far on my snowboard, it was great!

Spent the morning taking snowboard lessons. It was my first time on the board and our instructor was very knowledgable and patient. The group was about 8 people or so, it was a lot but seemed manageable. I would recommend for lessons in the busy Hakuba area. Only downside is they don't have rentals on site, but plenty in the... Fantastic experience with Evergreen. I had never snowboarded before but within a day I was up and running with a great instructor Paul Nuttall. Cant recommend him highly enough. Patient, articulate in tuition and of obvious expertise he helped me feel I got. The best out of the two days in Hakuba. I have a platform going forward thanks to... More

We had a great 2 hour private ski lesson for 2. Reinforced techniques that we'd heard before but had forgotten. Presented in a structured way that was easy to follow and put into practice the following day.

This is a review for the Evergreen Ski School (although I am aware that this is a page for the Evergreen Outdoor Center). My 4 year old saw snow for the first time on Sunday. On Monday, we sent her to ski school. By Friday, she was skiing down the Sakka 2 slope. The instructors and carers were fantastic. They... More

I booked a back country tour for my boyfriends birthday with Evergreen. It was the best experience ever. We had fantastic guides (Robbie and Naoya) who I think made the tour so much better than it could have been. We didn't really have as much powder as we would have liked but having them with us providing all their support... More

We are a family of experienced skiers/snowboarders and have used the ski school services for the entire family a few times (Yeti, Heroes ski & snowboard, adult private lesson). We have all enjoyed the lessons from the enthusiastic instructors and progressed our skills. The children were well matched to the ski class of their initial skill level and progressed within... Brilliant staff and well run company but for first timers they don't use good slopes which will probably take twice as long to get up and going. Hopefully in the near future they can expand to Hakuba Tsugaike which is only, 10mins on the free bus where the slopes are great. Private lessons are great for all levels if you... More
