I have visited here many times over the years. It has been a staple place to go on wet days, to keep dry, with the family when on holiday. The kids found it a little better than a garden centre but it is this type...More

I have been visiting this cafe for over thirty years, especially when it was in the old station building. The lure was the cheese scones, I always said they were the best in Wales, but no longer. The ladies running the place were non smiling...More

Called here one morning during our holiday at Machynlleth. Some very nice things on sale but feel that some were a little overpriced. For instance I saw a man's zip up top priced at £35 that I have seen in Birmingham Rag Market for more...More

Sadly fabric isn't woven here anymore, and the café isn't atmospheric as the old station house was, but the cake was very good (almond and praline), the staff friendly, and Welsh speaking, and a vast range of gifts, outdoor clothing, and more unusual cards for...More

Whilst staying in a cottage nearby, we called in twice for a light lunch. The food was good, the staff very helpful and friendly, the prices reasonable. A good find!

After hiking though Snowdonia National Park since the early hours we arrived at Meirion Mill around 4pm gasping for a cuppa, and what a lovely little place it was to stop at. You have to walk through the shop area to get to the cafe...More

Not a mill, nothing to see. Shop sells typical tourist stuff, woollens from elsewhere. Cafe is dated and not special. Soup ok. Shouldn't be signed as a mill.
