My wife and I had awesome day out sailing around Abel Tasman National Park. Lots of good facts were given about the history of the area. Much more peaceful and enjoyable than a ferry.

It is always fantastic to turn off the engine and to just relax and listen to the sounds of sailing. We often say it's the peaceful, quiet, relaxing way to experience The Park. Thanks for sailing with us. More

Our family of five (three young kids) experienced a magnificent three day / two night sailing trip on the beautiful Te Harinui. We loved every minute of it. Martin is a great and experienced skipper that not only knows the area like the back of his hand (he and his wife are active in the park for a twenty odd... More

Thank you for your wonderful comments. It was a pleasure to have you and your family on board. We have had boats longer than our kids (now teenagers) so have learnt a few tricks about family entertainment along the way! It is in seeing the satisfaction, the learning and the joy in our guests from having a great experience on... More

My Mum and myself really enjoyed our day out sailing on the catamaran. The skipper was awesome and very knowledgable pointing out all the attractions. The lunch included, one gluten free, was the best I have had on any trip. Well worth spending a day out for this.

We were traveling with a group of friends, (two other couples - six of us in total) and chartered a private sailing tour. We had an awesome time. The boat was comfortable, and great for the size of our group. Our captain Tim took us around Abel Tasman park and tailored our route and stops to our preferences, and he... More

A private tour is certainly a special way to experience some of the quiet and magic places of The Park. No fixed itinerary means we can customise the trip to what you enjoy and it seems Tim did this just right for you. Thanks for choosing us. More

We booked this tour because we thought it would give us a good impression of Abel Tasman NP and also enable us to walk through the native bush after the cruise. There wasn't a lot of information given to us whilst on board although wildlife was pointed out and also some of the special islands and features e.g. Split Apple... More

I always wish we could have sunny weather for our sailors but that can't always be the case. We do try our best in interrupting the weather forecast but may not always get this right. Flip flops are fine on the beach or short walks but I would always recommend strong footwear for the longer walks. Generally good trainers are... More

Pick one of a good range of boat trip and walking options highlighting the beauty of the Abel Tasman National Park from the sea and the coastal track. Take a picnic and your swimsuit to make the most of the day. Brilliant.

Despite a moderate day weather wise this was fab! We did kayaking in the morning up to watering cove, then walked over to anchorage and sailed back in the afternoon and it was lovely! The kayaking against the wind can be tough at times but not too bad and if you get sea sick perhaps not for you, one poor... More

We did the Sail and Walk option - It was a brilliant day. We were picked up at Marahau with a free shuttle back to Kaiterietiri - had a bit of time to get a coffee before starting the sailing - sailed slowly up to Anchorage - hopped off the boat and slowly walked our way back to Marahau. The... More

Top notch boats, highly knowledgeable skippers/tour guides, see this beautiful, unique NZ park from both the water and (if you want) the land. We did an overnight tour with Captain Martin and one other couple. He's a highly skilled and experienced sailor and a wonderful guy, we were going in style in their new Leopard 46 catamaran (google it, you'll... More

Thanks for joining us on our new sailing catamaran, Te Harinui, it was a pleasure to have you on board. She is certainly a lovely boat and with her 4 Queen cabins each with their own ensuite, she will certainly appeal to those wanting a comfortable and special overnight and multi-day experience of The Park. We had prepaid for this trip, something I wish we hadn't done. If the trip hadn't been prepaid, we most definitely would not have gone in such bad weather. It was cold and miserable. The boat was full, there wasn't much room to sit and everyone was cold and uncomfortable. Since the weather was bad there was no swimming, no... More

The weather has certainly been challenging these last few weeks! We would so love to be able to control it! We are quite happy for people to change or cancel their trip up to 24 hours before their booked trip. You should have talked to us. A trip that is more popular for families with younger children is the Sail... More
