Very authentic, rustic restaurant with old vaulted rooms in the center of Grafing. With delicious Wildbräu beer. Well-kept pub culture with friendly service and local menu. The food was delicious, the atmosphere great. We'll be back. There are people who complain when you can only pay by card - all I can say is, I complain when I can only pay in cash. The location is also great for small parties. One table even has its own beer tap.

Wir waren als Gruppe wenige Tage zuvor bei einer anderen Brauereibesichtigung - insofern war es mal schön, den direkten Vergleich zu haben - sowohl, was die Führung betrifft, als auch das Bier. Und beides hat ich gelohnt. Führung war genauso kurzweilig und unterhaltsam, und das Bier hat auch wieder geschmeckt.

Ich fand die heutige Brauereibesichtigung sehr interessant. Der Braumoasta Johannes der die Führung (1 Std) durchführte, machte dies sehr professionell und mit viel Fachwissen. Ausserdem ist er einfach ein guter Typ. Leider war die Abfüllung aufgrund einer Störung nicht in der Produktion.

Es ist die Brauereibesicgtigung ,teilweise interesant. Es wird viel gezeigt ,sum Schluss gibt es Bier sum kosten!

Als ehemaliger Grafinger war ich auch zu Besuch da. Schaute mir das Gelaende und Brauerei an ,Interresant die Fuehrung ,und auch das Bier zum Schluss. Die Brauereifamilie SCHLEDERER kannte ich sehr gut.

Vorweg: Die Brauerei als POI ist nicht Gegenstand dieser Bewertung. Ich habe nie eine Führung mitgemacht. Die Brauerei hat auch keinen eigenen Brauereiausschank (mehr). Im alten Stammhaus der Brauerei am Marktplatz in Grafing befindet sich das italienische "Il Ristorante" (siehe dort). Das Wildbräu-Bier ist gleichwohl in den meisten Grafinger Gaststätten das Hausbier.
Ich bewerte also hier das Produkt der Brauerei. Das ist durchaus trinkbar, wenn auch kein Spitzenbier. Ich selbst trinke meistens das Helle, aber auch das Weißbier und das Landpils. Früher war das Kellerbier im Ausschank und in Steingutkrügen ausgeschenkt mein Grafinger Stammbier. Leider wird es nur zu oft in Glaskrügen ausgeschenkt, wenn überhaupt, und darin geht die frische zu schnell verloren. Aus Steingut ist es doch ganz was anderes. Das Datum der Bewertung bezieht sich auf den wahrscheinlich letzten Gaststättenbesuch, an dem ich Wildbräu getrunken habe.
