Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We toured on our own, since I was to organize a trip for 6 friends to travel the Strada del Prosecco. This was a fact finding mission and we went to visit all major places for wine tasting and came to Refrontolo, Soligo, Follo, San Stefano, San Pietro di Barbozza, Valdobbiadene and further on the Old Prosecco Street to Gua, Combai, Miane, Follina..etc.etc. The beautiful rolling hills and especially in the Cartizze area with the vineyards and wineries are spectacular. Can' t wait for the next time in September.

Thank you Carlo! We tried good places in Chianti like vignamaggio! Which was also very good but this is more private tour with less people, more authentic. We ate in his family restaurant which is working already for 17 years. The best gnocchi I have ever had. And soooo soo much good food. But let me tell you about the DOCG Prosecco tasting. Even Me and my partner have noticed that portion of wine they serve in Veneto region is quite small, they give you sooo many different wines that you leave drunk😂😂😂 but it’s not the reason why I’m happy lol. I would say they let you try many different Proseccos that you can pick your favorite, understand it more! Another thing Carlo has great humor! He also gives you lots of information and answers any question. He’s professional, knows his job! We have visited 2 wineyards and both of them were very beautiful. It’s unforgettable experience!

We visited two beautiful wineries with Christian Schoberl. He is a tour operator based in Treviso. He took us to Valdobiaddene and Osteria sans Oste and the hillside winery beside it.

Gentle hills full of vineyards that make the bubbly Prosecco . Rightly applied for Unesco world heritage - immaculate area, very friendly hosts and natural beauty. A part of Italy full of history and beauty

The most prestigious area in the Prosecco region is the Conegliano Valdobiaddene DOCG area of steep hills between the two towns. There are few more stunning wine regions in the world and many of the top wineries receive visitors now and run small shops where you can purchase their wines at very low prices (usually around 5 or 6 euros a bottle). The steep hills on which the glera grape is planted form a wildly rolling carpet of green during the summer, dotted with small towns, each of which is worth a detour. You'll need a car, and plot out a few wineries you want to see ahead of time - there are several websites listing wineries in the area.

You would never believe it. Difficult to find, you need to ask the locals where the Prosecco bottle vending machine is. Then you will find a lovely old stone house where you can help yourself to bread and different meats & salami. Then you wander up the path between the rows of vines and you find a vending machine wgere you put your Euros in and choose which Prosecco you want. The view is fantastic.
