Pulled off the motorway to find a restaurant and this chateau was in the centre of town. Very nice, not too big just right for a stroll round on a chilly day.

In a fortified chateau, an very interesting collection of pieces of Dourdan's history, which is fascinating. A 3 minute walk from the RER C from Paris ( 80 minutes from the Invalides station). Closed 12-14 h.
