The center has a two floor Carrefour and some shops you can’t find in the center like Primark. You’ll also find stores like Zara & H&M.
This has brought city shopping to Villeneuve La Garenne. Besides the shops and the carpark [for 3000 cars?] this is an entertainment centre. As a mall it has everything you want though it lacks a point of difference from malls all over the world

I went there for Primark shop as first stop. Is a huge shopping center . Even is far from metro station, better to take M4 until Place de Clingnancourt and after 166 bus until you cross Sena.From there, 800 m and you find Quartz center....More

i took 2 buses each, an hour each direction. the lines were awful, couldn't buy anything because of it. and i don't talk about the cashier lines - there are even lines to get inside the stores!
