Family-owned company. The Family Cutrera from several generations is involved in the production of extra virgin olive oil (organic and DOP) in the area of South Eastern Sicily, exporting in several foreign countries its excellent products. Nowadays the company has three mills, about 50 hectares of olives trees, has implemented a gourmet laboratory that produces preserves and exclusively Sicilian recipes and short will have an accomodation for guests in a historic olive trees land

We were allowed inside the Frantoi Cutrera to see the production of the picked olives. We tasted and bought some very nice Olive Oil.

Friendly guide with a good session of "oil tasting". The guide patiently explained the process of oil pressing and also the different oils they produce. Really a price winning oil. Delicious
