Driving back to France from staying in Jaca, we stopped to look at this wonderful building having previously seen it on the internet. It is a huge building, almost dwarfing the little town that is on the route of the Camino pilgrimage walk. Unfortunately, we...More

This beauty is on the road to recovery. However after 4 years of works not much has been achieved. Maybe the station is massive and renovations too costly but history and architectural gems should be placed first on our tasks list. Anything that is lost...More

Boring tour with Spanish guide. Audioguide is available in French and English. The English Audioguide is in terrible English and hardly understandable. The tour is only 1 room (central waiting room) and 5 minutes on 'platform'. Save the money for a ice-cream or something like...More

Don't just take the Somport Tunnel when you're passing the Spanish/French border ! Take at least once the exit to Canfranc Estación, you won't regret it. You can take a guided tour but if you're a little bit adventurous you can try to get to...More

We didn’t do the tour since we had 3 little children who would get bored quickly by going in just one room. We explored warehouses and rooms and asked what must have been in the rooms. A good way to entertain the children’s imaginations.
