We are terribly sorry you had such a bad experience. Our winery tours and tastings need to be booked in advance, as we specify on all our communications and as the sign on the gate clearly says.

Most enjoyable tasting, the owner came over and told about each bottle of wine, poured us a glass and left us to enjoy it with the accompanying snacks. Same for the next bottle, and the next and so on!

I was lucky to go in Hauner's factory just at the beginning of a guided tour (held by the owner's son).
It was extremely interesting understanding the passion under this wine laboratory.
