Lovely place to visit for a relaxing stroll or for the more energetic a long walk through the forest. There are a variety of things to do, which we have yet to explore, perhaps on a warmer day.

We visited the forest and picked up a walks leaflet. A few more finger posts would help but did not spoil an enjoyable walk. There are several areas for children and it is a good way to get them interested in the outdoors.
