Spent almost two hours wandering through these beautiful gardens. Each turn presented us with another landscaping view or vignette. Even though the sun was not shining, the colors of the August flowers were fantastic. The home on the property is not open to the pubic,...More

We are NT members and spent a pleasant afternoon in these beautiful gardens. Autumn foliage just starting and it looked beautiful.

We went in August. The weather was beautiful. However, this is the place to see all year round: the autumn mists, winter frosts and coming alive again in spring. So worth visiting again and again.

Fully deserves all the 5 star ratings. I've visited a lot of National Trust / RHS gardens in my time (of which there has been quite a lot) and this is amongst the best I have ever visited. In fact I think I'd only rank...More

Absolutely stunning gardens! Spent hours strolling around the pathways, looking at all the flowers and trees, crossing the bridges and enjoying the lake and water lily ponds. Had a cuppa at the tea house. Parking onsite. Some paths are wheelchair friendly others are not.

Hi Margaret, there are no changes to ticket pricing no matter what time to arrive at the Gardens. Unless they there is some sort of promotion locally. Best is to call them and ask 01492 650460
