A lovely walk to this hidden gem of a waterfall. You can drive or walk along the road or there is a woodland path you can take with the beck to the right. We came back this way and there was an abundance small of...More

So we visited twice, 12 hours apart. Barely a trickle of water after the lack of rain for the first time in many years apparently, and then in the morning after it heaved it down it was in full flow again. But for me the...More

Janet’s Foss is a little gem of a waterfall within easy reach from the village of Malham (by car or by walking). Due to the last few months being unseasonably dry, the waterfall is currently a tiny trickle! 'Foss' is a Norse word for 'waterfall'...More

Janet’s Foss is one of the most beautiful places and local to me unfortunately it is currently dry... not only the falls but the pool also all the fish have had to be rescued. We need some rain!

Did a loop walk at Malham which included these falls and the cove. It was an unbelievably hot day which made it hard work. Thank goodness for the icecream trailer just after Janet's foss. It was quite busy there with kids playing in the water....More

Well worth the walk up from Malham to see this great waterfall. Most of it is prepared track but there are a few rocky sections nearer the waterfall, the walk takes about 20 mins. A very photogenic area so take your camera and perhaps tripod.

When visiting Malham a walk through the woods to Janet's Foss is worth a visit. It is only a short walk from the centre. Our visit was on a hot sunny day so the sun streamed through the trees onto the water below the waterfall....More

This is a superb little swimming spot, you will probably have an audience but well worth the dip, clear and not too cold!

Visited janets Foss as part of a walk. It was simply magical. I only wish i had a towel to go paddling. The walk through the wood up to it is flat and beautiful.

At the tourist information centre I think there were motor homes. There is an additional car park in a field opposite that you would definitely fit on.

No sorry it's quite difficult to get to as you have climb over some rocks. If you go across the road and follow the path whic I think would take a wheelchair, you will not be disappointed
