Good flatish walk to the Foss from the village if you go anticlockwise. The Foss itself lends itself to Golum and the Lord of the rings. Little scramble up the rocks to the road that takes you back to Malham.

An easy and enjoyable walk from Malham on mainly pre-laid paths. The waterfall isn’t the most impressive but it is in a quiet secluded setting and the story behind it is interesting. Worth the walk.

Visited Janet's Foss on the way back to Malham village after walking up to the top of Malham cove. It is a very pretty little waterfall. When we visited it was only small as there had been a lot of dry weather. Our children enjoyed...More

This is a small waterfall located in a wood. In my opinion it is not worth to take the walk to see only this natural beauty, since there are much more pleasant and nice locations around (Malham cove & Gordale scar). But if you will...More

A lovely walk through the woods from malham and after Janets Foss onto Gordale Scar. Take boots and a lunch but you can stop for coffee near the Foss. If you are feeling charged after the Scar you can do the full loop over to...More

From the village of Malham, Janet's Fosse is a gentle stroll through a wooded valley alongside the brook and the masses of wild Garlic. I suppose about a mile to get to a delightful little waterfall, Janet's Fosse, Niagara it ain't but the flow of...More

11/4 mile walk with a good path. Need to climb at the end to get to the waterfall. Pretty though. Not too crowded.

Having not been a lot of rain the waterfall wasn't as housing as expected, but was lovely to see at the end of our 15 mile walk.

We were staying locally and looking for a nice walk after breakfast. With a distance of 1.75 miles, we started our walk to this hidden gem! A lovely flat walk for most of the way, meeting alot of interesting characters along our journey. A lovely...More

This was the first stop on our walk to Malham Cove and Malham Tarn. We walked to the Foss from the dales car park. It is an easy walk and children will enjoy it, walking over the river by the small footbridge in Malham. Then...More

At the tourist information centre I think there were motor homes. There is an additional car park in a field opposite that you would definitely fit on.

No sorry it's quite difficult to get to as you have climb over some rocks. If you go across the road and follow the path whic I think would take a wheelchair, you will not be disappointed
