Alan Ayckbourn’s famous trilogy of plays The Norman Conquests starting with Table Manners is superbly brought to life at the Ensemble Theatre in Kirribilli. After making your way through the throng of tourists photographing the beautiful spring jacaranda in McDougal St a welcome drink awaits...More

As always, depends on where you sit and what show you come to. It's a small and intimate theatre and front row seats make you feel part of the show, love the experience. This time, had corner seats in the side at the back and...More

Only a small theatre so there is almost a guranteed involvement and intensity here. Saw Marjorie Prime from the front row and the quality of the play and acting was one of my best theatre nights in years.

I’ve been coming here for about 50 years In all that time I’ve seen few duds Theatre-wise but even then the gorgeous views and Harbourside location more than make up for this. The theatre itself is intimate with excellent sight lines. So if you’re a...More

An intimate theatre within walking distance of Milsons Point train station, we attended a fabulous matinee performance. If I lived in Sydney, I would join as a member. Not cheap ($65), but worth it for the quality.

Super helpful and friendly box office staff. The play we saw was enjoyed by adult and teen alike. Great location in Kirribilli.

Make sure you are early as parking is difficult as you have the skiff club next door and it gets very busy. Park up near High St near Clark Road

I think your family is a little young for the Ensemble. I would recommend Aladdin the musical and check the Opera House for special shows, especially since it is the holidays.
