This is a lovely clean, safe and attractive beach. Although on Port Phillip Bay just south of Frankston it is not directly off the main road as is the case in many other places. There is not much parking so this helps keep it uncrowded.

A much more quiet beach than many of the other beaches in the area. As a result, it's much cleaner and enjoyable.

A great local beach. A very clean beach that is safe for kids of all ages. Not full of tourists like other beaches.

Canadian bay beach was the setting for Gregory Peck and Deborah Carr for the original movie " on the beach" and basically it is still in pristine condition.

With the waters lapping slowly along the sandy beach, Canadian Bay beach is a perfect place for families to go. The blue waters of the sheltered bay invite swimmers to relax and cool off in a clean environment.

Several Picnic tables near car park where we had a nice quiet lunch of fish and chips. The seagulls weren't even bothersome! Nice quiet spot.

One very hot day we did a session of SUP Paddleboarding with Mark from SUP-FIT. Great beach with calm waters. Great for paddleboarding with SUP-FIT and awesome tuition from Mark. Lots of young families also enjoying the location.

I recently saw again, for the fourth or fifth time the very depressing and not very good movie by Stanley Cramer called 'On The Beach' from Neville Shute's novel of the same name. Ava Gardner and Gregory Peck did a yachting scene at Canadian Bay...More
