Very clear instructions on how to operate the vehicles, clean and tidy and organised premises, secure locker to leave your belongings, clean costumes, and lastly, so much fun!! Worth the organisation of getting an international licence etc.

Such a great experience. Yuto, our instructor, was so great and he took some amazing photos for us. Very safe and very fun. Loved zooming around Tokyo tower in a go kart. 10/10

This was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had in a large city. We had a night reservation on the Tokyo Tower 🗼 route, at the Shinagawa shop. This is an amazing way to see the city, and the traffic isn't as crazy as the day time. The costumes you get to dress up in made it the perfect temp, and were a nice touch. Yuta was a great guide, and was very patient with everyone. I would 10/10 do this again, and they suggested I try another branch to see another part of the city. DO NOT MISS THIS ON YOUR TRIP IN TOKYO!!

It's our first time trying out Street Kart. Totally awesome experience! To be driving on the road and tour around the area. Yuta is very experienced and help us took many wonderful pictures! Will definitely include this in our next Japan trip.

Amazing time. Instructors were very good and nice. Took us around to Tokyo Tower. Worth the money! Will definitely do it every time I come back to Tokyo.

Sooo much fun!! Literally the best part of our trip! Yuta was our guide and he had so much energy and made the experience even more memorable! Same with the man who helped us book in! Shinagawa track was great! It wasn't a heavy flow of traffic and you got to see the grand Tokyo Tower! Perfect course in my opinion. It was also the right amount of time! 1 hour was perfect!

10/10!! Must do when in Japan! We did several activities while in Japan and this was definitely number one for my husband and I. Very friendly staff, organized, and SAFE! Staff was great when had to reschedule and super quick with email communication. Special thanks to Yuta for a great trip!

Hello, I just called customer service and they said no Tuk Tuk options for non-drivers for Tokyo Bay Shop. Is this true?

We are sorry but our karts are designed for drivers only. We do not have tandem karts.
Non-drivers, including children, will not be able to board the kart with you or anyone else.
We also regret to inform you that we are no longer offering any service or vehicle for non-drivers.
We can only make a reservation for drivers.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Do you have any karts that take passengers yet? And if not will you be operating any other means of transportation for groups that do not have a driving license yet so that they can also join the kart experience.

I have a valid driving licence for automatic only . If I buy the international permit can I book this or do you need a manual driving licence?

Our karts are automatic transmission. As long as you can get an international driving permit with the B category stamped, you will be able to drive our karts.
