Handy supermarket in the basement, a Daiso and a Uniqlo so good quality goods for last minute items. Had lunch at Douutour on the ground floor, so a good convenient place.

We were wandering around and walked into the ROX building after reading about it. It had a number of stores in it including Uniqlo and many food places.

What do you want? accessories, dessert, sweets, clothes etc. you can find in ROX. They aren't expensive.

Great finds for bargain, quality original brands. Even cheaper than some of the sidewalk tax-free stores. Brands like Uniqlo, MUJI, Adidas, Saucony, Vans can be bought at deep discounts. You just have to look for them

I really enjoyed checking this place out. The Daiso here was my favorite out of all the ones I visited in Tokyo. Great place to pick up some souvenirs.

Traces of the history and culture of the Edo (old
Tokyo) era remain vividly in Ueno and Asakusa.
Spacious Ueno Park is a great place to relax and visit
a variety of different museums and galleries. At
Ameyoko which starts in front of Ueno station, the
grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed
alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at
the end of the year, when many people go on shopping
