I loved this Shrine, I found it just right behind market on Sunday, I never thought I will find Sunday market.

It could be described as slightly hidden, but it is easy to find. It has the quiet beauty you like to see in a shrine. I thought it was a welcome spot of beauty and peace in Kuramae.

This is just a very small shrine in the Kuramae area but it is beautiful. Not overly commercialized like the bigger shrines and temples. You can get the feeling that it is used by locals.

grocery stores and clothing shops are crammed
alongside fishmongers. It gets particularly busy at
the end of the year, when many people go on shopping
