Great place to stop for tourist info. Full service, with a helpful and charming staff. BTY, best views in town from the Govt Bldg towers. Do not miss it.

The people there are extremely helpful. They helped us plan our trip to Mount Fuji. They covered all the bases. Wish I wouldhave stopped here sooner in our trip!

They really try their best with the Japanese friendliness. All your standard enquires will be easily replied. Just next to the airport bus station on the 3rd floor of the same building.

This information centre is in the lower level of the Tokyo Metro Government Building, next to the lift that takes you up to the observation deck. The staff there are quite helpful and there are a lot of brochures available.

Great views, free which is always great. We were there on a weekend and very early as it was close to our hotel. The line was short at that time, but quickly building. The views from Skytree were better, however it was not free and...More

The staff here are very friendly and have all the information and maps you need to enjoy your stay in Japan-Tokyo as well as other cities. Information available in multiple languages. They are truly happy to help and good at their job.

Very efficient free trip to the 45th floor for a grandstand view of the Tokyo skyline - go at sunset on a clear day to see the sun going down over Mount Fuji.
