This section of Tokyo is modern and busy, full of stores, shops, restaurants, cafes, and lots of people. Personally, I found the crowds here a little more overwhelming than in other areas of the city, especially concentrated around the Shibuya Crossing, but it's still well-worth...More

This shopping area has it all. Small shops, big shops, cheap items, expensive luxury goods. And people everywhere. Although it's crowded, it wasn't too difficult to move around, just go with the flow of people cruising the sidewalks.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants in this area. It's a good place to grab dinner or even street snacks.

The buzzing atmosphere of Shibuya is infectious. Food, alcohol, cosmetics, clothes, high end, low end, whatever you desire is here. Must experience this if in Tokyo.

A small strip of shopping belt with food outlets. The shops offer a variety of shopping to all and one can probably never get tired of the shops around Japan.

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
