109 seems to be an iconic building to visit. It’s a place that younger women to shop in with latest Japanese trend. I visit this place for their Hello Kitty shop, but rather disappointed to see only a small space with limited items.

I always wanted to go to 109, even before coming to Japan, because of its reputation as a hot spot for teenage girls. I never thought I'd get to visit before turning 20, so getting to go as a 19 year old was a dream...More

This shopping mall is situated alongside the famous scramble crossing. It has many boutiques and trendy shops, as well as shops offering typical stuff - ladies beauty products & accessories, fashion wear, bags, shoes, food and restaurants etc. Nothing special, ok to drop if you...More

This cylindrical building is a place people should go to at least once. I found that the bottom levels are mainly more expensive shops and only once you get to the top are there some cheaper ones. Not that I mind these shops; it's just...More

There are a few nice trendy shops here but not as flamboyant as it used to be. A few interesting shops such as Emiria Wiz is closed. However Liz Lisa is still here. Atmosphere abit dead now compared to 2 years ago.

There are luggage lockers downstairs that are 600yen for three days so if you are on the way out or in and want to shop this is the perfect place to lock your baggage away. The lockers are downstairs.

Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
