Since I’ve seen the Eiffel Tower in Paris. I had to see the famous Tokyo Tower while in Japan and it didn’t disappoint. Not as crowded as the Eiffel, it was easy to get in and out. Definitely has its own character! Must see!
If I'm not wrong this is the highest tower in the world and it's literally amazing , electrifying!!!
Though you have to pay 900 ¥ to go to the top most floor of the tower ; still the view, the experience is worth it.
You really get an appreciation for the city from so high above it. The view is just spectacular. There is a bit of a walk uphill to get to the tower if you take the rail system but it should be quite manageable for most...More
Absolutely worth the visit. Fought my fear of heights and went all the way up to the top deck. Breathtaking views! As is the norm in Japan attentive welcoming and informative staff throughout the Tower. Will definitely visit again.
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much
older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
