Loved every part of the sushi course. Very informative in a small and friendly place which was very easy to get to. Wish we were around longer to do some other courses. Delicious sushi to enjoy at the end too!

Ayu was a fantastic teacher and so friendly teaching us decorative sushi making. We would definitely recommend if anyone is interested in learning how to make sushi rolls with a twist. Thanks Ayu!
