When we visited, there was an area under construction where we think the statue may have been. When we spoke to a workman, he confirmed that the statue was gone.

Hibiya Chanter is really close to the station. It's like about a minute walk from the station. The theatre is smaller compared to theatres like Piccadilly theatre in Shinjuku but often times when I try to go to theatres in Shinjuku or Shibuya they are...More

There is a realistic Godzilla Statue, but it is small. You need to get very close to it to take good pictures with it.

Enjoyed the restaurants in the basement of this building. There is also a macrobiotic restaurant for those who are vegan. The shopping wasn't for me, though...mostly, clothing shops for the working women of Hibiya.

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
