Visited in August with family including grandchildren, wife was organised so had pre booked places on line days before, don’t expect to turn up and get in during the school holidays as there’s a good chance you won’t get in,they have a maximum limit they are allowed to let in. The main pool is large and deep at the far end so you can swim without the fear of bumping into toddlers. The flumes are very popular and have different degrees of speed and “danger”, as i heard one youngster put it. Don’t go expecting a Florida water style park because this isn’t,it’s a nice place to chill and let the kids do there own thing with plenty of staff patrolling. One reason we like this place so much is you can actually take your own food and drink, there are plenty of shaded picnic areas provided. Food and drink are available on site and would appear to be reasonable, I’ve not noticed any particular “rip off prices”. Remember this is a community pool and I don’t think the local Spainish would visit in the numbers they do if it was too expensive.
The whole place including the toilets are kept clean and tidy. The staff are by most part friendly and approachable, maybe some of the front end older staff have been there too long or just hot on the day.
We will be back next year.

A great water park few minutes from Cuidad Quesada. Had a great day here just enough slides to keep everyone entertained reasonably priced at 18 euros. We had combination of food & drinks whilst here & all very good for a water park. They do fresh smoothies & cocktails too, which we all enjoyed wish we had come on our 1st couple of days as would probably have come back again during our stay. Lockers only 50 cent for the day & sun beds around the pool area only 3 euros each, which you don’t have to purchase as there’s a lovely grassed area at the top which overlooks the slides, but we didn’t know about this & headed straight for the pool. All in all a great day out for all the family can’t recommend enough would have given 5 stars if there were a few more slides.

Only 3 slides then a few toddler/young kid splash park bits. Which is fine IF the queues for the 3 slides aren't 40-60 minutes each time. It was August but still...
It is well set up space wise in regards to seating and shaded areas, we didn't buy lunch but did get ice creams etc which were v reasonable. Our kids (2 x 8 year olds) got a go on each slide once in the time we were there (11.15-4pm).
3 top tips:
1. Do check height restrictions before queueing if you have kids.
2. Beware the steep drop slide as ur costume will have disappeared up your butt and you may need medical intervention to retrieve it! 😂
3. The lockers are 50c non refundable but they have change machines.

Being currently on site, I do not recommend this water park, a so-called lifeguard wearing glasses prohibited my 6 year old child from doing the slides, my son not speaking Spanish did not know that he could not slide on his stomach so the lifeguard waited for the third attempt to slide to tell him to get out. It is clear that I came across a racist who was not at all friendly with a cold look and who I think is uncomfortable in his skin. This kind of no one should work in a water park where tourists fill their boxes. Having traveled to several countries, I never gave a negative review because it went very, very well because the communication was with the adults and not with the adults. children and good humor, welcome and sympathy were an integral part of the staff. We make efforts to speak their language and English while some remain nationalist. Far too many prohibitions so we have the impression of being constantly stared at so not at all. comfortable at all and not free to enjoy properly. The Spanish people on site are treated well and the tourists are treated poorly. You cannot have your cell phone in a waterproof protective pouch to take photos and you cannot give buoys to the children who do not know how to swim while in all other countries this has never been forbidden to us. I am in favor of respecting the rules but it is clear that this has nothing to do with the rules. I do not recommend this park given the queues. expectations and the slow time of their slides which do not even slide and given the number of absent tourists and the mass of Spanish here I should have refrained from coming. Having paid 69 euros for nothing!!! I am disappointed

We were visiting AquaPark, Ciudad Quesada with the baby.
Tell you that it is a family park where families enjoy with children. All the attractions are for them, the park is made for children up to 14 years old because there are attractions for them. There are many picnic areas to bring your own food, lots of shade.
There are lockers, cafes, and a restaurant, next to the pool where you can see the children when they are bathing.
In the pool area there are also sun loungers. Attractions for everyone entertaining. We liked it a lot. Inform that donuts are not paid for the attraction, the ticket offices, only 0.50 cents. And the food there, generous dishes, and very good. Very nice staff. We recommend it.

Went here as advised from another family we see regularly on hols for the last 7-8 yrs
It was recommended over other parks as we were told it wasn’t as hectic as other parks , there were a lot more Spanish visitors than holidaymakers I would think.
So we get there at 11:30 half an hour after opening
About €70 for 3 adults & 1 child ticket
Brought 2 beach chairs
Found a good spot on the hill where there is 50 or more shades and sat down there ,plenty people on towels.
Kids are 14 & 10
Off they went and we didn’t see them other than a passing wave for 2hrs little or no queuing worth talking about.
When they came back we went with them for a few spins also
Time to eat just after 2pm
We brought lots to drink but only a few small snacks, most people had cooler boxes.
So we ate on site as planned 2 chicken rolls , 2 chicken nuggets & chips , large water,1 beer & 1 coke just over €40
Food was fine.wont blow your mind either way.
Kids went back at it
We went back to relaxing & reading and maybe about 4pm we had an ice cream each about €3 each
At this stage there was no queues as some people had called it a day.our 2 stayed at till 6pm and called it a day.
No way we expected to be here past 3 or 4.
We left happy and the kids were delighted, they had a great time and left happy and tired , a great workout for them and they were still a little tired the next day. They’re well used to team sports 3-4 a week.
We will be back.
On a Monday ,with chairs & maybe with a cooler box incl beers.
Next Monday we will try another park.

We had such a great day out here. My two children really enjoyed it 6 and 4. Although my youngest one could not go on some of the rides (It’s 1.13 for the 2 smaller slides and 1.23 for the bigger two rides) she still had fun in the little splash pools and toddler pools.
There is a main swimming pool and 2 further splash pools with about 3 small slides in each.
Lifeguards were really good, we went on the 4 slide as a family and lifeguard let the adults go first so could be at the bottom to catch children.
My son also fell out his rubber ring on one of the rides and banged his head and lifeguard was really good checking he was ok.
My son has ADHD and autism so can get impatient and hard to understand but they were brilliant with him.
Yes the queues were long, but it was Spanish and English summer holidays! I think the park capacity is 550, which is a lot for a few slides and my son did get fed up with the queues so stuck to the little pools and slides mainly but they were both happy children so win win.
Would defiantly go again!

This park is NOT worth a visit. We paid 18 Euros per person and left the park after an hour. There were an insane amount of people, no room to move in the water. My daughters stood in line for 30 minutes for a water slide. The water was dirty and disgusting. There was hair and dirt in the water. Steer far away from this place.

I absolutely understand working this type of job in the heat and being very busy can be challenging,
Unfortunately we found the staff unnecessary rude and very unprofessional,
The 2 staff who maned the main drinks and ice cream shop literally stood and huffed and gruffed at every person who ordered anything from there…

We visited twice in a week spending over 150 euros. The park was fine. However, we paid for sunbeds and forgot to hand in the cards to get the deposits back. When I realised a few days later I drove for 30 mins to hand the cards in at the shop. They point blank refused to give me my deposit back saying you can only get it back on the same day. Its only 2 euros, but if they are doing this a few hundred times a year then thats a nice little earner for them isnt it!!

I’m a Muslim woman and I was wondering if you could wear a full body covering suit that is meant for swimming

I don’t know, sorry. Possibly ask at the gate and they may do a deal! This seems to happen a lot in Spain.

Hi I was wondering if the park is suitable for bigger people I’ve been so worried about going and only allowed to swim but my family really want to go just wondering if anyone had noticed
Written 5 August 2019
Try the water park in Torrevieja much bigger and suitable for older children.

Hi I am just wondering is there a height restriction for the slides? I have a 7year old who is just under 120cm so wondering if he will be stopped going on most slides? Thanks
Written 1 July 2019
The only slide that may have a height restriction is the Kamikaze. Other than that little ones can go with a grown up although I think 120cm is big enough for everything else on there own.
My kids had a great time there :-)
