Beautiful clean lake with superior small village Mergozzo. One of my favorite lakes. The village has a beautiful church and church garden decorated with fresco's on the garden walls. Do not forget to visit la fugiscana for diner, you will love the tipical regional food.

Lovely peaceful lake. Perfect for a day trip if you are in the area. We had lunch in Mergozzo town and had a swim in the cold fresh water of the lake.
