If you love steam trains you will enjoy this. If you are looking for a trip through beautiful countryside, this is not for you. Uncomfortable seats and rather boring, flat countryside. And La Tremblade is dull.

Fun little vapor train-one of the last ones still in service. Takes you from Saujon to La tremblade and back. But check the times carefully as they are not very practical.

Really enjoyed the clatter of the old train going along and the stunning views of the region. I would definitely do this again when I am back in the area

We took the steam train to Saujon as our youngest had never been on a steam train before and also granddad is a bit of a steam train buff. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip down to Saujon but once there was a little disappointed that there...More
