Just say in this lovely little pub after getting drenched on this mornings walk. This is a proper pub with a really nice atmosphere and dog friendly to boot. We had a very nice spiced parsnip soup with a very large filled roll which is...More

Try and catch some live music here if you can. Great fun. Food very good and service attentive. It gets very busy and you can’t reserve a table so you might have to wait for a seat.

We enjoyed our time there and it was welcoming and warm. Food was between three and four stars - average burger, great soup, etc. Fair drink selection. I think 4 stars is for being a nice travelers oasis with nice servers! Also it opens early...More

Our meal at the Old Inn in Carbost was one of the highlights of our visit to Skye. The food was excellent, reasonable prices and a very welcoming service.

I'm writing this review because some recent reviews beggar belief. I've stayed at the Old in every year for the past seven and I will be there again next weekend. The food is outstanding, every time, without fail. Their "Specials" board never fails to serve...More

Stopped in on a whim on our drive, jagged a table for two luckily before the room was full. Food was good, service was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. Top find!

Lovely traditional place with a decent menu and good selection of local ales. The outdoor area has a stunning Lochside location with wonderful views.

I've eaten in the bar several times with no reservation. I always get there early to get the table in the small room overlooking the loch.
