Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The products on displays used to represent the excellence in the territory but I am afraid over the years it is will turn into a tourist trap with overpriced stands. The quality is still very high and you can find many regional product in one place for tasting or buying some to take home.

This annual event in Maglie is definitely worth a visit if you are visiting Salento in that period. You will find dozens of stands with local specialties, from dairy products like mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, and scamorza, to meat and fish. The ticket for the wine square will allow you to taste several wines of the region. The food is very good, but very overpriced.
