What I loved about all the beaches of fuerteventura is the ability you can have to get lost and feel like you are the only one. El cotillio is just a small little beach in a small town of fuerteventura. We went there by bus...More

During our stay in El Cotillo we did visit several of the wonderful beaches. All of them had crystal clear and shallow water. Barely any dirt or garbage around and a great nature reserve, especially the very Northern ones. Is this a helpful review? Then...More

Visited this place 3 times whilst we were here! Very peaceful, amazing views plus nice places to have lunch, coffee and ice cream. The lagoon does get a little windy but the water is shallow and the beach amazing.

Visited every day and went to different parts each time. Great lagoons for children to swim in and hundreds of fish in the sea. Amazing place.

Beautiful shallow beach with volcanic rock pools which kept the children busy all day. Worth bringing water shoes for those who like climbing around on the rocks to avoid cut toes. Beach bar had a great selection of food ranging from burgers to fresh fish...More

A great small village with some lovely bars and restaurants that is not too much of a tourist trap. El Cotillo is a far cry from the busyness and resorts elsewhere on the island and a great place to stay if you prefer to stay...More

An easy route from Corralejo takes you into the coastal town of El Cotillo. Two key beaches, one for the keen surfers and another for more gentler leisure. If you have a bit more time you can take a walk to a pretty lighthouse too....More

Hi Honestly, we hired a car and as the island is so easy to cover we saw so many beautiful coves beaches etc and you are never too far away from the sea. My advice hire a car and explore - you can't go wrong.
