It wasn't clear where or who you pay for parking. While it was a 20 mins walk mostly uphill, it was quite scenic in my opinion. I only saw a Polish and Slovakian tour scheduled, so I just enjoyed it visually. The 10 euro fee for photos is clearly stated on the website. I don't know Slovakian, so I'll assume our guide was nice. There were W/C's at the ticket window area. Small gift shop window. The fact that it wasn't super English friendly made it seem more authentic.

The website will give you all the info you need.

Extremely unfriendly staff. After being overcharged for lousy parking next to the street, we were informed to climb 25 min to the ticket office, which was closed without any notice when we arrived. After 15 min a rude cashier turned up and without saying a word sold us 2 overpriced tickets, cash only. They charge an insane price of an additional 10 eur fee pp if you want to take pictures. Tours are in Slovak only, with foreign tourists forced to follow along with a very basic text via the website. The tour is very short. This was absolutely the worst experience of our travels through central and Eastern Europe.

Beautiful gem in Slovakia!!! After 15 mins walk from the parking lot (3euro/car), you get to the entrance (10 euro/adult) and with guide (slovak) you explore beautiful frozen treasure one of its kind. As down there is -2°C I recommend some warn clothes

We were 6 people in our group and none of us spoke Slovak language, to get a guided group in English there has to be at least 40ppl, we were given a piece of paper in English to read what we were looking at.
Would like to think that in a site which is a UNESCO world heritage site with an entrance fee of 9€ and a tour longevity of 36min, there should be a bit more options for foreigners, otherwise seems like tourists are not really welcomed.
Not sure I would recommend to visit.

The single worst experience for how badly we were treated. Avoid this places at all cost and find somewhere we’re you won’t be aggressively treated and extorted. This place soured an otherwise lovely trip.

Modest cave and spoiled by the rudest guides I've ever encountered around the world. I strongly suggest to avoid this place. Photography is forbidden and the overall tour is quick and forgettable.

Another "must see" object in our trip. A little bit "cold" for hot summer day :) But it is worth to visit. Just take a jackets.
Before you need a take a walk to cave up. It is some 100m higher than parking place.

There are lot of tours - Slovak, Polish, English. Every 10-20 minutes with some 20-30 people going in one time.

Tour is not long - some 30-40 minutes.
Dont forget to pay 10 EUR for photo

It's a very nice ice cave. The tour is pretty short (less than 30 min). We took the English tour but haven't managed to hear anything at all. If you never been to an ice cave it's recommended. There is a pretty long climb to it(25 min approx).

There were only 4 tours available and unfortunately we didn't have any choice left but to pick the full Slovac version. We had to pay an excessive amount for our toddler, who of course couldn't be less interested in the monotone 30-minute monologue of our guide in the front. Respectfully we kept our distance but we had another guide breathing down our neck who was obviously annoyed by a 3 year old expressing his unflitered enthusiasm at the cave in a normal voice. We were literally told by the guide that this is not "a tour for children". However, they do are good enough to get the money rolling in. It is absolute one of the worst experiences we had visiting caves in Europe and not even worth the excessive pricing for parking space, entrance fee and photo surplus. They have promising pictures, but on the whole there are not many stalactites standing.
