I am deeply disappointed that you appear to have received such poor administrative service from us. I could claim lots of extenuating circumstances that have contributed to this oversight such as the loss, mid season, of our office admin supervisor or the challenges caused with...More

My partner and I have kayaked in many parts of France, Spain, north and south Thailand, India, Panama and Australia. I'm only saying this to put the rest of my review into context. We are normally offered, free of charge, large round plastic screw top...More

Went on the Swallows & Amazon tour with my 11 year son as we were looking for a chance to try out Kayaking. I was a little concerned that in a group we would be restricted in terms of paddling speed but I needn’t have...More

We went on the ‘Swallows and Amazons’ day trip. Both adults and kids (4 & 9) loved it. Getting to Canoe down the river, have a go at archery and fire making in the woods with lovely people running the whole event. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful day, canoed on a beautiful, peaceful stretch of river. We arrived at a remote woodland camp where we learned how to make fire! And had a go at archery before heading back. Our guides were very kind and knowledgeable, we had...More

Really enjoyed the afternoon. The Canoe Man was very helpful and patient, offering advice about how to steer a canoe etc! Excellent canoes, and very convenient to be able to drop it off by the very friendly pub in Coltishall in time to see the...More

No better way to spend a hot sunny day than paddling downstream from Buxton to Wroxham, looking out for damselflies and kingfishers. We got on the water at 12:30 and after a pint and a packed lunch stop near the Rising Sun, we finally finished...More
