I don’t mean to sound spoilt, but there really are better flower fields around. This one was just pathetically small, and thus comparatively expensive. The stores inside sold touristy things from other places. There are better places to visit in the region, including Fukuoka’s Nokonoshima...More

I visited the park together with my wife in end of May. The park is absolutely beautiful at that time. Most areas are full of flowers, e.g. the rose area, the poppy field, etc. Definitely worth a visit when the weather is nice.

It's a national park and has flowers blooming year-round with over 500 different kinds of flowers, the garden always has great variety. I recommend 1 day trip tour for Kuju Hanakoen (flower park) for natural floral beauty and total relaxation.

This place looks a miniature of the flower parks in Hokkaido. The flowers were very colourful and they did a good job planting them in rows like in Hokkaido.

We're visited in the mid of April which tulips are blooming. You can visit this park in all year coz they'll grow the flowers by seasonal. This place is good to picnic and lots of restaurant, cafe and have a playground for children, too.
