This bay is absolutely beautiful however the corals near the beach are pretty much dead. There's a small entrance fee and you will need to sit through a short video but it's in an aircon room. After watching the compulsory short video, it's a short...More

This was by far my favorite place visited while in Hawaii. Snorkeling why? The fish literally swim up you and the near by reefs in chest deep water houses a variety of tropical fish. Just bring a swim mask and an underwater camera and you...More

Had a great time here. Snorkeling was great. If you’re an ocean lover you may get offended by some of the visitors that even though are told in their language to stay off the coral. Still stand on it and take some home. Other than...More

Had a great visit snorkeling. Beautiful reefs and beaches clean... but wasn’t expecting the fees to get in, shuttle down, shuttle up. Snorkeling equipment was available for rent but wasn’t the best equipment.. still a great place to visit

The coral reefs are dead and the fish not as plentiful as before. The great thing is that it's smoke free. Pay for parking and then for ride down and up to the bay (or hike it if you're able to do so).

You'll want to get there early, as their parking lot fills up quickly. If you have to walk in, be prepared for quite a hike. The water and sea life is AMAZING. Safe travels!!

Stopped here as art of our tour. The scenery is magnificent and the role of the bay was clearly explained. Great place to stop.
