You can go whenever you want during the hours of operation, but I recommend going early to have time to see all of the exhibits and any shows you want to see. Most of the free (included with regular ticket shows) are scheduled for 2 or 3 times during the day. Also, the online discount needs to be purchased online in advance, and is only good through 11am.

I would definitely pre order tickets it lets you skip the line. I think your plan is good, do world of coke, lunch, then aquarium, I recommend the dolphin show at 6p.m. buy the VIP it skips the long line and worth it.
