What a beautiful city hall. The outside is gorgeous and the walls inside house the vitality of Philadelphia. The crown jewel of any city a real marvel.

Limited tickets to ride in a very old elevator to the top. Great view of Philly. Escorted ride and can be very hot. City Hall is a very old building, full of charm.

The view is different from the Liberty deck. But the view of the Philadelphia Museum of Arts and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway is magnificent.

From the outside the building is very impressive especially with the multiple statues on its dome. You will see the top statue nearly from everywhere in downtown
