The aquarium is not real big. It does have 2 tunnel tubes you walk through, one with fish all around and one with sharks & sting rays.

this is a relatively large aquarium for a location in the busy area of Embarcadero in the Bay area. Ample parking is also available near by. Both toddler as well as older children will enjoy the set up and variety on offer.

Visiting Alcatraz was fun and I included this into my fiance's birthday trip surprise because he loves history. The Aquarium was his favorite believe it or not! Great times and great eats!

I guess I expected much more out of a large coastal city aquarium. What was there was nice just not nearly enough.

I was disappointed by this aquarium. The layout does no flow and also there could have been more attractions, it was not exciting, the only thing that was exciting were the Stingrays. I have been to numerous Aquariums, and this was not great.

The aquarium was surprisingly big! The water exhibits were really good for young kids. The exhibits featuring land animals seemed a little small for the animals in there. It was entertaining for the kids though and in a great location.
