So much of modern SF development is here, a new financial district with huge skyscrapers, a new transit center with a fabulous elevated park, several world-class museums, lots of modern apartments with hip residents. Cool and expensive restaurants. You will need to come here.

This is a major part of the City, including some incredible museums, the big convention center, lots of clubs and restaurants, and a new financial district. Oh and don't forget the baseball park. Lots of brand new apartment buildings.
