We stopped by this monument on a snorkel trip. We stopped at three place, this was one of them. As we approached the monument, our guide gave us the story of Captain Cook and the reason for the statue. It’s one of the best snorkel...More

We opted to hike down to the monument to snorkel and the walk down is not difficult but strongly advise wearing hiking boots or sneakers. A pair of long trousers might be preferred by some as the grass can be overgrown in some places and...More

We went to Two-Step to snorkel at the recommendation of a local and we were not disappointed. The access to the "cove" is literally two steps off a large rock ledge. There are lots of other snorkelers -- which for me is a comfort as...More

This 2 mile hike (each way) is no joke. We passed an older couple who had given up on the descent and were already heading back up. This hike is 1500 feet down and then back up. There is little to no shade along the...More

We used Bayside Adventures to rent kayaks and had a great time. Used gps to find there launching site, and everything was smooth sailing (kayaking). The snorkeling at the monument was ok as its overused by many tour companies, but still worth the price we...More

Great site! We kayaked from across the bay and then snorkeled several hours. We saw dolphins, angel fish, tangs, eels, and so many other tropical fish. There were a few tour boats there when we arrived after 11, but they left soon after. It’s a...More
